Built for the live conversation

One call. Three decisive moves.

TermIQ turns a complex pricing conversation into a controlled, client-ready experience. The rep keeps the momentum, the lender keeps the economics private, and the customer gets a clear answer.

01

Structure the real deal

Go beyond a basic payment calculator. Price the actual transaction the customer is asking for.

  • EFA, $1, 10% PUT, FMV, fixed buyout
  • Step payments, seasonal skips, and interest-only intros
  • Advances, down payments, security deposits, and fees
02

Compare options instantly

Change term, frequency, rate, or structure and see the impact while the customer is engaged.

  • Term and payment-frequency ladders
  • Reverse solve from a customer budget
  • Full to-the-penny amortization
  • Canadian, U.S. Rule, and Rule of 78 compute methods
03

Deliver the proposal

Move from pricing to presentation without rebuilding the deal in another system or document.

  • Your logo, company name, and language
  • Unlimited customer-ready proposals
  • PDF proposal and CSV amortization
The pricing command center

Complex structures. Controlled presentation.

TermIQ gives the rep the depth of a pricing desk without turning the customer conversation into a back-office handoff.

01

Exact structure logic

Step payments, skips, advances, residuals, IO periods, fees, and odd terms stay inside one coherent pricing model.

02

Rate control by default

The rep sees the economics. The customer sees payments unless the lender deliberately chooses otherwise.

03

Decisions without delay

Compare options, reverse-solve a budget, and move directly into a branded proposal.

Your brand stays in front

Their proposal. Your letterhead.

TermIQ disappears behind the lender’s identity. Customers receive a polished proposal from the institution and rep they already trust.

  • Upload the lender’s logo and company name once
  • Control the language, sections, payment options, and recommendation
  • Keep the rate private unless the rep intentionally reveals it
  • Save, reload, print to PDF, or export the amortization to CSV

Built for a lender’s operating reality

IT gets a clean answer.

TermIQ is a standalone pricing aid that runs in the approved browser. The deal math executes locally, so pricing never leaves the browser. Saved quotes sync encrypted to the rep’s seat and can be deleted at any time.

The one-line security answer: pricing runs locally in the rep’s browser; saved quotes sync encrypted to the seat, are deletable on demand, and are never used for analytics, advertising, or model training.
Local first

Pricing runs in the browser

Every calculation executes locally — nothing is transmitted while you price a deal. Saved quotes sync encrypted to your seat, are deletable on demand, and are never used for analytics, advertising, or model training.

PWA

Installable, without an installer

Run in Edge or Chrome, install into its own window, and deploy by browser policy or Intune.

Offline

Pricing where work happens

After first use, the quoting experience is available in branches, basements, airplanes, and weak-connectivity environments.

1:1

One seat, one session

Activating a license on another device ends the previous session, protecting per-seat revenue server-side.

One subscription. One workflow.

Solve the spread. Protect it. Get paid on it.

Most finance reps still price in one tool, rebuild the schedule in another, format the customer proposal somewhere else, and chase their commission by email. TermIQ runs the whole chain in one browser tab: solve the sell rate from your buy rate and compensation target, prove it with a to-the-penny schedule on Canadian, U.S. Rule, or Rule of 78 conventions, deliver a white-label proposal that never exposes your economics, generate the commission statement that gets you paid, and track every deal, your volume, and your commission YTD. No quote or proposal usage credits.

01 · SolveYour spread, solved

Enter the funding source's buy rate and your points or commission target. TermIQ solves the customer rate — discounting the actual stepped, skipped, advanced cash flows, not a level approximation — and proves it with a to-the-penny schedule.

02 · ProtectThe economics stay yours

Customers see payments, terms, and structure. Your buy rate, points, commission, and lender advance never reach the proposal — excluded by design, not redacted — unless you decide otherwise.

03 · CollectGet paid on it

A branded commission statement on every funded deal: gross spread, broker split, doc-fee shares and adjustments, payment method and date — the documentation the funder needs to pay you.

04 · TrackEvery deal, tracked

The Commission Tracker add-on logs projected and booked deals month by month — points, overrides, net doc fees — and shows volume, commission, and bonus YTD against your budget, saved to your seat on every device.

Questions

Fair questions. Direct answers.

For pilots, desk-wide adoption, or a deeper product discussion, reach us at sales@termiq.app.

Can my team share one login?

No. Each license permits one active session. Activating the same key on another device ends the previous session, so each rep needs a seat.

Can I put my own brand on every proposal?

Yes. Upload your logo, set your company name, customize the language, select payment options, and add the rep’s name. Customers do not need to see TermIQ.

Does the proposal expose my rate?

Not by default. Customers see the payment, term, structure, and fees. The rate is shown only when the rep deliberately turns it on.

Does TermIQ connect to our bank systems?

No. It is a standalone pricing aid. Quote calculations run in the browser; saved quotes sync securely to your seat or team so they follow you across devices. Reps should still verify pricing against approved rate cards.

Does TermIQ support Canadian and professional interest conventions?

Yes. A compute-options panel covers Normal compounding, the Canadian semi-annual (or annual) statutory basis, U.S. Rule simple interest, and Rule of 78 allocation — plus 365/364/360-day years, actual or 30E/360 date counting, and odd-days interim interest from the funding date. Every option runs in the browser like the rest of the calculator.

Can payments be in advance, like a lease?

Yes. A payment-timing toggle switches between in-arrears and in-advance conventions, and the advance-payments count supports first-and-last and multi-advance structures. Timing, advance amounts, and interim interest all flow through to the amortization schedule and the client proposal.

Can IT deploy it as an app?

Yes. TermIQ is an installable progressive web app for Edge and Chrome. IT can deploy it with Intune or browser policy without packaging an MSI.

Are quotes and proposals limited?

No. TermIQ does not meter quote calculations or proposal generation with document credits. Saved quotes sync to your licensed seat; quote calculations themselves always run locally and are never metered.

Can I generate commission statements for funded deals?

Yes, with the commission statements add-on — $3 per seat per month or $30 per year, selectable at checkout. Generate a branded commission statement on any funded deal to send the funder for payment — gross spread, broker split, adjustments like doc-fee shares or processing fees, and the payment method and date. Funders and lenders can also use it to document what they owe a referring broker.

Do saved quotes follow me to another device?

Yes. Saved quotes sync encrypted to your license, so signing in on another device brings your quote library with you. Team seats additionally share a team library with version history, managed by your administrator. You can delete any saved quote at any time. Demo sessions never sync — nothing a prospect types in a demo is stored on TermIQ servers.

Does TermIQ replace our LOS or CRM?

No. TermIQ replaces the core pricing, amortization, proposal, and commission-statement workflow. It is not an LOS, CRM, underwriting, e-signature, documentation, or servicing platform.

What if TermIQ isn't for us?

Start with the 3-day trial — no card required, full features, and your link arrives by email. If you subscribe annually and change your mind, email sales@termiq.app within 30 days of the first charge for a full refund; monthly plans get the first month refunded on request in the same window.

Does TermIQ help with state commercial financing disclosures?

Yes — in beta. Eleven states now require commercial financing disclosures, and TermIQ can screen a deal for coverage and generate a draft disclosure with the actuarial APR computed from the actual cash flows, directly from the priced quote — on your letterhead, with room for your own standard terms and disclosures. Drafts require your verification and your counsel's review before delivery — TermIQ provides the calculation and the document scaffold, not legal advice.

How do I cancel?

Monthly plans: cancel from the Stripe receipt at any time; the seat stays active through the paid month and then deactivates. Annual plans are a fixed one-year term paid up front — they can't be canceled mid-term, and they don't auto-renew: the seat simply ends at the close of the year unless you choose to renew.
