Can my team share one login?
No. Each license permits one active session. Activating the same key on another device ends the previous session, so each rep needs a seat.
Can I put my own brand on every proposal?
Yes. Upload your logo, set your company name, customize the language, select payment options, and add the rep’s name. Customers do not need to see TermIQ.
Does the proposal expose my rate?
Not by default. Customers see the payment, term, structure, and fees. The rate is shown only when the rep deliberately turns it on.
Does TermIQ connect to our bank systems?
No. It is a standalone pricing aid. Quote calculations run in the browser; saved quotes sync securely to your seat or team so they follow you across devices. Reps should still verify pricing against approved rate cards.
Does TermIQ support Canadian and professional interest conventions?
Yes. A compute-options panel covers Normal compounding, the Canadian semi-annual (or annual) statutory basis, U.S. Rule simple interest, and Rule of 78 allocation — plus 365/364/360-day years, actual or 30E/360 date counting, and odd-days interim interest from the funding date. Every option runs in the browser like the rest of the calculator.
Can payments be in advance, like a lease?
Yes. A payment-timing toggle switches between in-arrears and in-advance conventions, and the advance-payments count supports first-and-last and multi-advance structures. Timing, advance amounts, and interim interest all flow through to the amortization schedule and the client proposal.
Can IT deploy it as an app?
Yes. TermIQ is an installable progressive web app for Edge and Chrome. IT can deploy it with Intune or browser policy without packaging an MSI.
Are quotes and proposals limited?
No. TermIQ does not meter quote calculations or proposal generation with document credits. Saved quotes sync to your licensed seat; quote calculations themselves always run locally and are never metered.
Can I generate commission statements for funded deals?
Yes, with the commission statements add-on — $3 per seat per month or $30 per year, selectable at checkout. Generate a branded commission statement on any funded deal to send the funder for payment — gross spread, broker split, adjustments like doc-fee shares or processing fees, and the payment method and date. Funders and lenders can also use it to document what they owe a referring broker.
Do saved quotes follow me to another device?
Yes. Saved quotes sync encrypted to your license, so signing in on another device brings your quote library with you. Team seats additionally share a team library with version history, managed by your administrator. You can delete any saved quote at any time. Demo sessions never sync — nothing a prospect types in a demo is stored on TermIQ servers.
Does TermIQ replace our LOS or CRM?
No. TermIQ replaces the core pricing, amortization, proposal, and commission-statement workflow. It is not an LOS, CRM, underwriting, e-signature, documentation, or servicing platform.
What if TermIQ isn't for us?
Start with the 3-day trial — no card required, full features, and your link arrives by email. If you subscribe annually and change your mind, email sales@termiq.app within 30 days of the first charge for a full refund; monthly plans get the first month refunded on request in the same window.
Does TermIQ help with state commercial financing disclosures?
Yes — in beta. Eleven states now require commercial financing disclosures, and TermIQ can screen a deal for coverage and generate a draft disclosure with the actuarial APR computed from the actual cash flows, directly from the priced quote — on your letterhead, with room for your own standard terms and disclosures. Drafts require your verification and your counsel's review before delivery — TermIQ provides the calculation and the document scaffold, not legal advice.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans: cancel from the Stripe receipt at any time; the seat stays active through the paid month and then deactivates. Annual plans are a fixed one-year term paid up front — they can't be canceled mid-term, and they don't auto-renew: the seat simply ends at the close of the year unless you choose to renew.
